Horrible experiences. The Va dr prescribed medication that is wrong from what I was receiving g through active duty. When asked about it, was told I would have to get a note from my active duty dr to explain why meds were changed instead of just giving me what the meds were in the first place. Secondly, my dr asks me if I’m enrolled with secure messaging, recommends it, then fails to tell me that I have to be in person for authenticity. I live 30 mins away.... lastly, when I’m finally setup with secure messaging, I try sending a message to my PCM.. vine to find out SHE’S NOT EVEN SETUP WITH IT EITHER!!! And the VA clinic NEVER answers the phone !!!!!!!
