Provided by SuperpagesUpon moving out, we were overcharged for security deposit payments. In all actuality we left the house looking better than it did when we moved in. Somehow they were able to spend all the security deposit money on things that were expressly written on the move-in inspection sheet. If it were enough money to be worth a lawyer then I would do so in a heartbeat. Don't rent from here, don't even think about it. They may seem nice when they are taking your money, but definitely not nice when it comes time for them to give money back.

Bell Realty is a great realty to rent through, I have lived in one of their apartment complexes for almost two years now and I am really impressed with how well they cater to their residents. I have had one or two problems that needed maintenance and every time I've called the issues were addressed the same day. Minor maintenance was fixed as quickly as within an hour and any other issues were fixed asap! Very nice people to work with, always available and happy to answer any questions. John Bell even provides filters for your air conditioning vents free of charge. Lawn care maintenance is included weekly, they even clean off any debris that may accumulate on your porch/patio area afterwards ;) - Really great people who work with John T. Bell and I recommend renting with them if you want a house or an apartment!

Provided by SuperpagesWe moved in several months ago, and though the apartment is in a wonderful location and is in generally ok shape there are little issues... that we have ...NONE of the doors work properly, after complaining several times and never having their "repair" guy show up, we just kinda learned to deal with it. The toilet in the half bath is messed up, every time you sit down on it and then get up it pulls forward and bangs against the wall...complained several times about that to no avail... they are a very impersonal company to rent from, they do not care if you have any sort of issues with your house when you go to talk to them they are rude and just very apathetic to your concerns. Would rent from them again, only if the house was really nice...beware of noisy neighbors, because if you have awful neighbors in the same duplex NOTHING will be done about it...just be really careful renting from them!!

Provided by SuperpagesThis company is awful. Not only are they rude when being asked simple questions, but they NEVER answer your calls. Repairs take forever to get done and when they are done their so called "repair man" half as s es his way around the house, taking forever to get there and forever to get the job done. I am so over this rental agency and have learned a very important lesson, don't settle!!

Provided by SuperpagesAbsolutely the worst place we have ever rented from. Our house was not move-in ready when we moved in, and upon requesting maintenance for the hundred things broken in the house, we were told we'd see someone to fix the problems within 2 days... 2 WEEKS later, we STILL had not seen anyone. It has become so problematic that we call the office on an almost daily basis still trying to have things fixed that were reported almost 2 months ago. They do not return calls, even after saying they will "call us back", and we have finally done most of the maintenance ouselves since the house was partially non- functional without it. Do NOT rent from this company- you will regret it.

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible!! After 3 months I regret the decision to hire this co. I was told that our house was rented to a couple with no pets. When I received the statement in the mail for the 1st months rent, there was a pet deposit. I called and was told, "Oh yeah, they do have a pet". My neighbor called and said the yard had not been mowed in quite some time, so again, another call to the prop mgr and was assured it would be taken care of. I made a surprise visit to the area, and NO, it wasn't taken care of. I still have yet to see a pet-fee collected from the tenants, but as long as the prop mgr get their 10%, who cares, right? Repairs were also made on the house w/o notifying me. I was told that they won't make notifications of repairs under $250, because they don't have the time. The thermostat was broke and replaced for $249, by a company that John T. Bell also owns. Seriously? I am completely disgusted with the level of service and DO NOT recommend them to anyone!
