        Whoever are the young ladies he has answering his phone he needs to fire they are rude and they talk to customers any kind of way....Go somewhere else if you want bagels..

        Not just for bagels

        Jim's Bagel and Bake Shop is the best place in town to get fresh baked goods. If you're looking for bagels that are a bit crunchy on the outside and chewy in the inside, this is your place. Can't wait to go back to Gloucester in the summer and have a warm, fresh bagel.
