Very disappointed with this company! Approximately, 8 months (around the time of spring showers) after purchasing my home, i had at least 2-3 inches of water in my basement. I contacted this company to complain, because I couldn't understand how I had TWO inspections and nothing was said to me in reference to a water problem down there. Although they referenced a pic where there was A white spot UNDERNEATH one of the basement steps. I asked them, "How was I supposed to know what that was?!"....That was the reason I had paid for the home inspections. Extra long story, but I got a bunch of it was maybe this and maybe that and I needed to have the outside "scaled" (Thanks for that tidbit of info after the fact!).....The owner of the company, who stated, "She was a woman of her Word", also stated, "She would refund the cost of my inspections with the understanding that SHE WAS NOT ADMITTING TO ANY WRONG DOING ON THE COMPANY'S PART."
That was a little over a year ago....Needless to say.....I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A DIME; NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!....I did receive a free subscription for some type of home repair service and I even got an email on FOUNDATION WATER CONTROL!!!!.....NICE
