        If you plan to bring a loved one to this residence, be sure to have someone else supervise the care that he/she is getting. They are very nice but clearly understaffed. There is no way that one or two people can take care of 30+ residents!

        I repeat, do not go to this low-income community, the building has had bed bugs and management has not treated them correctly.
