Stay away! I bought a Groupon ...

Stay away! I bought a Groupon for 3 sessions for underarm hair removal. Dr. Debra waited until AFTER he did the first session to tell me that it would take at least 4-6 sessions to permanently get rid of the hair. After the first appt, I noticed a big difference; however after the 2nd, I didn't notice any difference. When I went for the 3rd appt, I told him and he just said I would really notice a difference this time.



I arrived at my 2nd appt on time to be told that he had to leave for an emergency. They had my phone number but didn't even try to reach me. Then I made another appt, and they called just 2-3 days before to tell me he was going to be out of the office that day. I rescheduled my appt, and I got a bill for a no show appt for $50! I called the billing dept and she said she only took care of billing and I had to talk to the front desk. Why couldn't she do that? They're in the same office.



Yesterday I had my final appt. When I made the appt they told me they had a 10:45 and I said that was too early. They said I could have a 3:00 appt. They called the night before to verify my 10:45 appt! When I told her that my appt was for 3, she said ok. Then at around 11:00 I called to see if I could get an earlier appt. I should have gotten a clue when she said he had a 12:00 or 1:00 or 2:00 available. I took the 2:00. I arrived at 1:50 and at 2:15 I overheard the receptionist calling Dr. Debra to tell him he had 2 patients waiting for him. At 2:30 I asked if it would be much longer and the receptionist told me he had to leave the office and should be back shortly. He strolled in at 3:00 and I was taken back at 3:10 for a 2:00 appt! He never apologized for the wait. Do NOT go here.

So far, after booking an appt. to have veins removed, I called to confirm my appt. on the day I was due (Thursday). No answer; machine telling me someone would call me the next business day (Friday). As I write this, it is Monday; and still no call back to tell me why noone called to cancel my appt. and no call to reschedule my appointment. I will not give these people any stars if possible; they are NOT professional at all.
