RoadGuard Insurance

I've had my auto policy here for almost a year and I just bought a house and added the homeowners and my rate got even cheaper! I really like this office. Lianna's always so helpful and Nick (my agent) is on top of everything. They do everything online or over the phone but I went into their new office last month finally and I was pretty impressed with how big they really are. 5 stars from me!

UNPROFESSIONAL! I was not told I was going to have to pay a "broker fee" and lied to about not having to pay a cancellation fee when there's actually one for the broker company and the insurance company.

I have less than stellar driving history, even though I am not at fault for the 2 accidents that I was involved in(honest!) and it was a a huge relief to be able to get car insurance so quickly and easily! I needed it now and thats what I got. I recommend RoadGuard Insurance to anyone on a budget but who wants a trustworthy insurance company.

i'm not a fan of car insurance & i usually hate dealing with them!!! The day i got a quote with RoadGuard i went with them & LUCY has helped since day 1. She is the best. AWSOME! Even if i thought insur. was so-so, i'd stay because of her. I'm a single mom, work 6 days a week with clients all day, so i dont have time to talk on phone & my day off is sunday when bussinesses are closed, plus i forget alot of things like if i mail check for insur, & so one......

LUCY has done more then customer service, i would say my personal assistant but she just does insur. She's friendly, understanding, does what she says, explains things well and really does what she can to help you and make sure she fullfilled your needs. I even feel mean when i forgot to call her make. Most importantly she does what she says & she does them fast PLUS i get that she truely cares! my insur. would be cancelled or way higher if i didn't have or i'd even be driving without insur. if she didn't do what she does. I wish other companys had employees like this. I don't know what position she has but she shouldnt be over looked and deserves a raise, promotion whatever it is but make sure i'm able to still contact her for my insur. lol

I have never received the best customer service as I have with RoadGuard Insurance. My Insurance Agent, Art, has got to be the best! Always ask for Art! He really goes out of his way to help people out and find the best quotes. Thanks for having such a great employee in your company! :)

I have used Roadguard for almost 4 years since before they called themselves Roadguard. They work so hard to get me every discount possible and the best price. You can definitely trust the staff at Roadguard, especially my agent John P. He is the best.



What I have noticed about Roadguard is that they want to keep you as a loyal customer. It's not about getting as much money out of you as they can. They just want to find you the best deal so that you will want to stay with them for a long time.



Highly recommend to EVERYONE if you don't want to overpay for auto insurance.

I've had my auto insurance here for a couple of years now and I just got homeowners with them too since I just bought a condo and I think they're great. My agent Arthur is so patient and helpful. Other offices charge you for every little thing they do for you and it's so annoying. RoadGuard offers great customers service for free! I trust them and recommend them to everyone.

Roadguard Insurance and staff have been taking care of our insurance needs for years. I have enjoyed every encounter I have had with them! Great team!! Great rates!! They have always worked for me with my best interest at heart! I trust them with our wellfare any day of the week!!

In my experience, Roadguard Insurance is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. This company doesn't care about you. They're just out to make a buck, and they will nickel and dime you for everything they can get. They do not honor commitments, return calls, or live up to their promises. No integrity. Do not do business with Roadguard Insurance.

This is the place to get your insurance! They found me an unbelieveable rate and were very patient and helpful when my internet kept disconnecting. You can go in their office or do everything by internet. I liked knowing there's a real office but did everything from home. They do everything to make it easy.
