Taking your car in for service is never fun, but at least it's not painful at Pacific BMW. Friendly staff, valet and loaner service, comfortable seating area, coffee, pastries.

Don't buy a car from these guys!!! This is a long review. If you don't want to read the entire thing and you're looking to buy a BMW, go to New Century BMW in Alhambra. They're way nicer and aim to give you the best service. Keep reading and you'll see why Pacific isn't the best choice.

Bad buying experience and even worse service experience. They're a bunch of dishonest people.

First of all, I am from Victorville and I am a full time photographer, so I don't have much free time. So when I was searching for a car, I didn't have time to visit dealers in person, and when I called this dealer and spoke to the sales person Marinka, she went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and even told me how to apply for financing online. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL by her, unlike other places, and instantly felt she was a person I could trust. I filled out the online application, which was really easy and after I got approved, she asked me to go to the dealer and check out the car.



When I got there, the car was BEAUTIFUL, however it had some minor defects caused by the previous owner, but Marinka and Thomas the Sales Manager were very helpful and had no problem getting all of the issues fixed.



After looking at the car, I was taken into the offices to fill out my paperwork and was helped by Lucy the finance manager. She told me about all the available options and about a BMW credit card that I was approved for with the same credit check and never rushed me into buying anything. I felt very at home with everyone!



Now I took my car back to the dealership so they can fix all of my concerns, which Danny and his team did and they gave me a fully loaded 2014 5 series to drive while mine was fixed.



I feel very happy about my decision to buy a car from them. Everyone, especially Marinka was very helpful. I will definitely come back in the future to purchase an M6 (which I LOVE).



I can't say enough about these wonderful people, I don't realize why they have so many bad reviews, but after being rejected at BMW of Ontario, and treated badly at other dealers, I can say I will recommend this particular BMW dealer to everyone!

Most EXPENSIVE service! Don't go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don't have to pay for.



I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn't know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting for the car to be serviced. I found that their price ($330 for a 4-wheel non-active suspension) was a complete rip-off and every other BMW dealership within 50 miles charged significantly less (including Beverly Hills BMW at $150). I pointed this out to the service adviser who spoke to the manager but the manager wouldn't budge at all on the price. Apparently she didn't care to keep me or the people I know with BMWs as customers. I will certainly not buy my next BMW there or ever get a service there again.

I wish they have a better customer service and a better phone service.

I have recommended a few friends and co-workers that are BMW owners and they are all just as pleased with the service as I am. Being a first time costumer of Pacific BMW, I have been very pleased and I am still surprised of all the service maintenance that is covered.

Marco was terrific.  You should give him a big fat pay raise and a promotion.  He was very straightforward, diligent, accommodating and friendly.

Any problem I had was because of my insurance handler. I loved Pacific BMW. I bought my car from Long Beach and had no idea that Pacific would care for me the way they did, regardless of the fact that my vehicle wasn't bought there. I could not recommend Pacific higher to my peers! Service was honest, on point, and personal....I have never received a more complete and thorough service.

I had gone to another dealer before coming to Pacific and the over all quality of the experience at Pacific was far superior. My sales rep made it very easy to get through the process and, as I have very limited time, I was very happy about that. I said to a friend it was like buying the car from your favorite uncle.

I just LOVE my BMW. I now drive a 3 series station wagon!! The car handles like a dream. And, buying the car from Pacific BMW was a dream, too. The Sales team answered all my questions and offered great guidance as I "built" my BMW! The whole process was simply, easy! Once my car arrived, they 'walked' me through all the workings- and, off I drove.

Recently, a woman stopped me in the parking lot of the market. She liked my car. I happily referred her to Pacific BMW. As far as I am concerned, Pacific BMW is the ONLY place to purchase a car!! They just do it right. My whole family drives BMW's from Pacific BMW: my husband, a lawyer, has a 6, daughter, working in International Finance, a 3 (4 door), another daughter, a lawyer, a one series, and son-in-law, lawyer, a 3 (2 door). Please give our best to all at BMW!!

My service advisor Hassan at is the best.! My brakes were acting up during the rain last Saturday and he got me in to service and got me out same day. Good Job!!
