Office Depot

I went to the Office Depot on Broadway the other day to buy some office supplies. I was the only person in line and the only open cashier was helping someone. The staff at the copy station just stood not doing anything. The two other staff members stocking shelves a few feet away also just stood in their spots. The cashier looked at me a few times but never called anyone on the loud speaker for help. I stayed in line for 10 minutes and that cashier was still not done with that same customer. Finally a fourth staff member came up to another cashier and called for the next person in line. When he asked me if I found everything ok I told him that I waited for too long in line and that someone should have helped me sooner. He apologized and said any of them could have helped me and that he was sorry. I am tired of the bad service in places I shop at. All the high paid skilled employess have been laid off and high school drop outs hired on a termporary basis. When will this all end??? The store is clean and well stocked. Plenty of free parking.
