Oral Cancer Screening
Oral cancer can develop anywhere in the soft tissues of your mouth, including your tongue, cheeks, gums, and lips. We’re committed to protecting your whole health and can provide you with regular oral cancer screenings.

Teeth Cleaning
Talk to your dentist, primary care physician, and Cardiologist. Give your dentist a complete list of names and dosages of all drugs you are taking for your heart disease. Give your dentist the name and phone number of your Cardiologist if they wish to or need to discuss your condition. Ask your dentist if oxygen and nitroglycerin are available during your dental visit in case of emergency. Talk to your dentist about pain management during and after dental procedures including anesthetics and sedation. Visit your hygienist every three months for regular dental cleaning. Brush at least two times per day.
Fluoride Treatment
Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral that bonds easily with your tooth enamel, strengthening your teeth. Professional fluoride treatments are an important preventive measure against tooth decay. We can also assess your habits to make sure you are getting an adequate amount of fluoride outside the office and recommend additional products when necessary.

Fillings
Like any other metal, amalgam fillings contract and expand when exposed to hot or cold temperatures. This means that any time you indulge in a piping hot cup of tea or enjoy a frozen treat in the summertime, all your metal fillings move slightly. Over time, these minute movements make the area more susceptible to decay. They may also cause cracks and other damage to your tooth.
Resin Composite
Cavities are caused by bacteria that live in your mouth and the acids that they excrete. When bacteria are mixed with saliva and acid, plaque is created. This sticky substance clings to your teeth, bringing your enamel in close contact with the harsh acids. Regular brushing helps remove this plaque before it can harden into tartar. Professional cleanings every six months will remove any remaining traces, further reducing your chances of developing cavities. Our doctors use a camera to scan the mouth and create digital images. Based on those pictures, we will form a 3D model of your mouth to design a dental crown for you. In as little as one hour, the CEREC® machine mills the crown. It is molded perfectly to fit your tooth before it is cemented in. Because of this technology, you can get your crown within a few hours, instead of several weeks.
Bridges

Dental Bonding
Dental bonding can be used to fix small chips and cracks. Dental bonding can also fill in cavities or other areas damaged by decay. Deep Cleaning
