MMA Lab

I've taken classes at a couple of other places in the valley but have been very pleased to find this place. They teach several types of classes and the instructors are great. If you're looking for a place to get in shape and to be trained correctly by good people I would recommend this place over any other that I've tried.

I have been training here for a couple of months and have been very satisfied with everything at the Lab. The instructors are great, I feel like they are trying to make me as good as I can be and I'm already noticing some changes in myself. The classes are great. The people who have been going to the classes seem to also want to help you get better too. It's almost like a family. Overall I couldn't give the Lab anything less than 5 starts. I'll be going here for years to come!!

LAB is awesome. Instruction is great. The instructors take the time to really make sure that you are doing the moves right. I participate in BJJ, Muay Thai and the conditioning classes. The facility is unbelievable and the group of students are like an extended family. I have been training there for over 1 1/2 years and I continue to be amazed by what I get out of my membership.

Trained here for a few months b/c I got sucked in by the facility which is unbeleivable. Unfortunately the instruction does not match up. I've been training in BJJ for almost four years and I learned nothing in the time I trained here. The BJJ here is old school Royce Gracie style. The conditioning classes were pretty good but had to leave due to the BJJ and the almost $200 a month I was paying.
