This place was horrible. Do not come here. They charged our refundable security deposit for things that we never had in the first place. Not only that but blew the cost out of the water. What bathtub plug costs 40 dollars! None, even the mechanical built-in ones are $10 at home depot. They charged us for things that were there when I left, such as the rods for the blinds... which worked. This is a place to rip you off and take as MUCH money as they can. I spent 3 days cleaning that place top to bottom and making sure all of the things were in order... they will just keep ripping others off for as long as they get away with it! Keep away from them.

I've rented homes in CA and AZ through 5 different property management companies, and Key Management is worse than all of these 5 companies combined. After a few weeks under contract with KM, it'll be easy to see that this company ONLY cares about collecting rent. The quality of the house it rents or the well-being of its tenants are both unimportant. If you're in the unfortunate position of being under contract with this company, make sure you put EVERYTHING in writing. Never have phone conversations with them because they will lie to you. They will also take their time with repairs; even important repairs, so to have everything in writing, preferably email, will be priceless. If you're lucky enough to find this review prior to signing a contract with KM, you'll be better off trying to find alternative means to renting the property. No matter how much you like the property, it will NOT be worth it in the long run. And keep in mind, my review is not based on personal feelings (even though it very easily could be), instead, it's based on my professional experience. As I've said before, I've had a lot of experience over the past years dealing with PM companies, so I understand what makes a good PM and what makes a bad PM and to rate Key Management as a bad PM would be an insult to bad PM's across the country. If only 0 stars were possible!
