Grads Photography

We were very pleased with our son's HS Senior Photo Shoot the non refundable deposit we had to pay was subtracted from the photo prices during our viewing session. I was worried about feeling sales pressure because I was on a budget but, the rep just showed us the shots & explain every pkg detail & let us choose what we could do. She even helped me to get the most for my money. Will recommend to others!

**Edit to my review below. Within a few hours of my review, Brad the CEO contacted me and apologized offering you fix the photo or retake at their studio. He did explain that they delivered the photos to the school last week. The school did not distribute until the day before the retakes. (I found out) I'm honestly blown away with the wonderful customer service from Brad. It's rare anymore. I'm very impressed by Grads response and quick resolution.**

I can honestly say I am very disappointed with my daughters photo. Not only was she allowed to take a photo with food on her face, the photographer apparently told her to close her mouth and smile. Now we have an awkward pressed lip smile. We were also only given less than 24 hours before receiving the photos and the kids being allowed to retake. This does not allow for parents to properly review the photos and have them retaken. They are also very overpriced.

Very misleading. We ordered the "ultimate package " which was $99.00. It included photos at the studio in 3 different outfits, plus a cap and gown pic for my daughters senior pics. We go and pay the non refundable $99 price, after taking the pics we are told the $99 is to take the pictures not to purchase any pictures. The brochure had packages you can purchase starting at $200 with the most expensive package over $700.

My family and I had a terrific experience at grads. We are very pleased with our pictures.i would recommend grads to anyone looking for a professional photographer. The staff was amazing

I've been doing business with Grad's Photography for over 5 years now, both as a vendor and a customer. I own Arizona Metro Home Designs and I've had all my business cards and letter head done by them, they have a great design team and the greatest staff. I've seen nothing but quality designs and custom photography come from here, I'm POSITIVE, if you have a bad experience here, they'll fix it. If you don't like the way your photos come out there is only so much lipstick they can put on a pig..Keep up the great work Grad's..
