Casper's pet grooming

We have been taking our Yorkie to Caspers for many years. The owner always seemed kind until today. My husband picked her up after an unusually long time to find a shoulder puncture wound and a large, full thickness open wound to her front leg. The owner lacked compassion and remorse for what had happened. I have never seen such cruelty first hand and her lack of caring not just about my 16 year old dog but about her reputation as a groomer speaks volumes. I had a $100.00 vet bill not to mention the suffering of my little dog after going to Caspers pet grooming. The vet said they haven't seen a grooming injury this bad. My little dog has 5 staples to her leg and dermabond to mend the shoulder laceration. It's really sad for our family, especially out little kids to see and cannot understand such cruelty. I would not recommend this groomer. She never even said she felt bad. Now I know why it took her so long to call us, she had to wait for the bleeding to stop. HORRIBLE!!!

I love Casper's Pet Grooming! It is always so clean and all the people that work here are so nice and they will help with anything you need, Its an amazing place to get all of my dog's favorite toys and such :) Love it!

Found the best groomer ever! Just moved to town and needed a groomer badly. Searched on line and found Casper's based on the reviews. Sometimes this process works, sometimes it doesn't. This time was a tremendous success. Both my babies, looked, good and better yet felt good. No signs of any kind of stress. I will return again, and again.

Everything worked perfect with the help of Casper's Pet Grooming who delivered him to our door. We just wanted to write and say thanks for sorting everything out with my dog and we are really impressed on how easy the process was from picking my dog to receiving him.

I too live close by and chose to give Caspers a shot. I called ahead of time and there was immediate availability. the price qouted on the phone was the SAME when i arrived. I was told and hour and a half and she called me to let me know my yorkie Ca$h was ready to be picked up in only 35 minutes. When i arrived the price was still the SAME and the lady was just as curtious as before. Our dog looked AMAZING and was in no way scared or timid. He was very happy and excited. Looked and smelled great! ZERO complaints. i tipped 5 dollars for the great service, quality, and speed of the cut (without comprimising the quality). I will be back in six weeks for another appointment. also i may note that when i picked our dog up another client was leaving with her two Shitzu's and was very satisfied as well.

My dog, a standard poodle, has been groomed at Casper's Pet Grooming for over 11 years - at a visit every month, that's over 132 times. The owner, who has been grooming since 1983, does a wonderful job. My dog is comfortable there, is treated well, and always comes out looking like a million bucks. (When we're out walking, he gets many unsolicited compliments - I wish I were half as handsome as he is after he gets his hair cut!) The staff is always friendly, helpful, and flexible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. The service isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for - top quality.I have since moved to Fountain Hills and can't make my monthly visit. Although I do still hake him to Casper's on a Bi-Monthly basis. 5 Stars Hands Down!

Ihave taken my dog twice there and the first time there was a very nice lady that worked on my dog, she was friendly and my dog didnt seem shaken at all although it was her first time. However, the 2nd time we took our dog, the nice lady wasnt there no more (she quit), and the other lady gave us one price when we dropped our dog off and when we ca to pick her up it was a different price, she also said i could bring her the difference back but didnt even say thank you and was rude after that, my dog was shaking and the man that worked on her was rude too! Never going back there again, by the way the difference in price was $5, if I was her I'd have left it like that and keep a client rather than being rude and loosing one!

I orginally chose Casper's, becautse it is close to my house; however, after giving the owner 3 chances, I have decided to not take my dogs back there. She is not friendly at all and always acts terribly inconvenienced if you happen to be 15 mins late picking up and will repeatedly call you within that 15 mins.######Also, the last time I took my dog there, she charged me 35 for a shi-tzu when it was previously 28. I asked her if prices went up and she said no, and that she just decided to charge me 35 that day instead of the usual 28 for a small-size dog.######She just has a rude nature.

they are great with the pets we been taking here for the last 10 yrs we had 4 dogs since we been coming here we are down to one and she is now 11 yrs old and she loves the people here and so do we.
