I personally had an amazing experience working for Progressive Care. I receive a lot of clinical support from the entire team at Progressive. We have weekly calls with the VP of Clinical as well as other Practitioners to discuss clinical initiatives. I enjoy the nursing facility that I am working at and the CMO visits me weekly to check in on me. I think some of the negative reviews are from employees that didn't work well with the company. I have been with Progressive for about one year now

The COO is only concerned about 1 thing & 1 thing only that's MONEY. We were explained the bonus structure & when it came time for that it all changed. The company is only worried about generating revenue with the NPs & PAs. Along with the COO the VP of clinical & management are very unprofessional with how they speak to us they are not interested in our needs or in the quality of care for our patients nor are they interested what we offer for these facilities. Your placed in a facility & then your moved somewhere else without concern. They are dishonest & have very poor communication skills. This is a start up & the rate they are going will not last. You don't treat employees like this. The defending of this company says a lot about the cover up they are trying to do. The CMO up & left, NPs /PAs are being fired & quitting daily. This company does not have structure or security. DO NOT make the mistake I made as well made. Actively seeking new employment!

Failed startup. You can not trust anything the COO says. He promised a bonus structure and then when it came time to get bonuses he changed the criteria. The company has actually tried to decrease the base pay of many NPs and PAs without any good explanation. The VP of Clinical has no understanding of our needs. The CMO just left the company. The company is only interested in using the NPs and PAs to generate revenue. They could care less about the quality of our work or how we improve outcomes. They are dishonest and have made many broken promises to me, my colleges and the facilities we serve. I am actively looking for another job. Don't make the same mistake I made.

UNPROFESSIONAL SATFF MORE INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY THAN PATIENT CARE.

While I am new to this position, I have found all administrative staff to be completely approachable and responsive whether it be in a clinical or personal capacity. I have some prior work experience in skilled nursing facilities, however I find that now I am working with a more collaborative approach that allows me to feel supported by a team of like-minded providers and work independently as well. I am happy with the current work load and expectations set for me and I find them to be practical, ethical and most of all safe for myself as the provider and for my residents.

I love being with a group of people who truly want to improve the care of people in nursing homes. It is a unique company with a strong mission to improve care in nursing facilities. The NPs and PAs are the core of our model. The VP of Clinical operations is one of the most respected and popular leaders in the clinical NP/PA corporate environment. The leadership also includes top clinical bedside educators and programmers from hospital/healthcare systems. The culture of the company is one of patient centricity and clinician support. I have never worked with a group of people like at the ones at Progressive. They sincerely care for the clinicians and patients.

I have been with the company since its inception and the leadership is outstanding and extremely supportive. I am proud to be a part of this company.

Horrible company. RUN! RUN! and stay far, far away. You work very hard without any resources or support. The insurance plan is horrible. And you have a VP of nursing who does not understand your clinical role. I would give this company zero stars if I could.
