Antjuan did an outstanding job; professional, courteous, and above all he knows air-conditioning. Took the time to explain what the issues were and how they were going to be addressed and then he took care of the problems. Tiger did an outstanding job.

Antjuan was great! He explained everything clearly and installed a U.V. filter on our HVAC system. Clean air is awesome and so is he!

We also had to have a new water heater, and Ryan V. and Mark P. were here in less than an hour (after 6 p.m., they are a 24 hour company), and did a great job. Did it seem pricey? Maybe, but they only use the highest quality parts and systems. Our home is filled with Tiger guaranteed equipment, and I know everything will last a long time!

I needed a new kitchen faucet because my faucet had been leaking for some time. I contacted Tiger who promptly sent out a technician, Michael. He was very polite and courtesy, and gave me an array of options from repairing to replacing the faucet. He helped me make a great decision and installed my new beautiful faucet. Michael is a phenomenal technician and will use him in the future for any further needs.

These people were great, from the people who answered the phone to the service guys who came into my home!!!! A 5 star in every way.

I don't write many reviews but just wanted to share as I feel great service deserves recognition as it is hard to find these days. I called Tiger to fix a leak we had, the person on the phone was very polite and told me they had a technician in the area. Within one hour the technician showed up, he was very polite and professional. He quoted me the price after looking at the issue. Once fixed he let me know what he had done and asked if I had any questions and if I was satisfied and I was. After he left I called the company to let them know that the technician was great and they thanked me for letting them know. Hopefully I wont have any plumbing or heating/air conditioning issues in the near future but if I do I will be calling Tiger.
