I have visited Dr Sharma several times in past 8 years in regard to my persistently high blood pressure. I was referred to Dr Sharma by a friend who happened to be his patient. Dr Sharma’s novel approach to manage my essential hypertension included moderate exercise, and some dietary and life style changes. As a result, my blood pressure is text-book normal, my cholesterol levels are excellent, and my over-all health is good.
