The Immediate Care Glen Burnie is the worst medical facility one would have to endure. The staffing professionalism is unbelievable from the desk attendants to the ever- changing doctors that staff the office. The office literally has a revolving door with doctors and at anytime between visits, you are told your last physician is no longer employed there. A definite waste of time to expect to leave a message for a doctor and expect a call- back. The staff answering calls are uncaring and rude. The behavior outlined was prevalent also at the Owings Mills Reistertown Rd facility which closed it doors over a year ago. I have recently contacted my medical provider and have now retained a new physician.My recommendation is to look else for medical treatment - you will receive the lowest medical care and service at the Glen Burnie location.

All the nurses and doctors stand around gossiping about other people they work with and help no one! The doctor has been gossiping with them for the past 30minutes. It would be more beneficial to go to a hospital 50miles away. I've sat here throwing up every 5 minutes but the doctor continued to eat lunch at the desk and just watch me get sick when I obviously needed immediate care. Then after all that, she said she couldn't help me! That was a 2hr wait for nothing!!!
