Tiffanys Bridal & Formal

Just feel like posting a business review to warn other future customers. I bought by wedding dress at Tiffany's Bridal Shop near Regency. I came back several months later to have it altered and I made the appointment in MAY for August 3rd. I invited my friends and family to come to the appointment scheduled for 4pm. When I got there, there was one girl crying and one girl clearly looked pissed. Never the less I waited very patiently. Someone came and called my name at 4:30, and said she was going to get me. Well about 4:45 someone told me to go ahead and get my dress on and the seamstress would be right with me. I was standing right across from the register and all of the sales people were could see me. At 5pm an hour after my appointment time my step mom went and asked how much longer, to which the lady replied that they were getting ready to PUT ME IN MY DRESS! I had already been in my dress for 30 minutes and was standing right across from them. At 5:30 I took my dress off and we all left. I was never helped once or explained the situation or given an ETA. The manager came running out 10 minutes later because we were all in the parking lot still reeling over the events. She said about 6 times making sure to mention that they had a PREGNANT bride who's appointment got out of hand. First of all it's none of our business if that bride was pregnant and I'm sure she would be really happy about the owner telling strangers about her. Second of all it was too late at this point considering how NOTHING was said to us in the store.. And finally they kept referring to me as the "bride who BROUGHT her own dress" and that may be true I brought it in, but I BOUGHT it there. I'm not even mad, because it probably is a blessing in disguise but BUYER BEWARE. Worst vendor I've dealt with throughout the whole wedding experience! Forgot to mention that I also had an appointment with a sales consultant to try on veils that never panned out either, good thing though because their veils look used and are RIDICULOUSLY overpriced at $270.00!
