R-Tech Appliance Repair

Do not call R tech for your plans repair. We called them because our 3 year old Maytag fridge stopped working. He came out and defrosted an ice build up and said it was fixed and charged us 268.00. After 10 days it stopped and we called R tech with no answer or return call. With 6 people at our cottage for the week We called someone else who came out the same day and diagnose the problem right away. We called Rob and told him and he was very rude and loud and said we should have kept trying to get ahold of him because he knew the fridge needed a new part. He should have told us that it may not work and may need a new part but he never mentioned it. Very disappointed n Rob as owner of Rtech.
