FURNITURE SHOWCASE

Was so excited to see they had furniture in the color that I wanted. Put down payment on it for layaway. Get a call same day furniture discontinued so decided on a different set. Call the next day that set is no longer available. 2 sets of living room furniture not available. So getting money back. Just bad customer service

We got a great deal on a mattress there years ago, and still in great shape! And the family owned service was excellent. Going back for family room furniture soon.

Would never buy anything from such dishonest people! Crap furniture!

Absolutely terrible. Purchased a couch and worked out a good price with them. When I thought was a good deal was actually a complete lie. I was given a couch that looked similar but was actually a completely different brand of much cheaper quality. The couch broke down in 5 months. When I called I was told to take pictures. I sent them in and they made me bring the couch to them and did not even offer to have it picked up. After I brought it to them they had it for 6 weeks. At first they told me they would refund me the purchase price since they lied about what couch I was getting. Then two hours later we were told the couch was actually repaired and that they would bring it to us. Then we received a call that we will need to carry the couch in by ourselves because their delivery people couldn't do it. We were told between 1 pm and 4.pm they would bring it. Received a call at 2 pm that they would be here at 3 . At 3 pm we got a call it would be an additional 45 minutes . They are nothing but cheap rip off used car salespeople. Try to shop local and get ripped off. Don't waste your time or money.

I went in for a new bed. Not only did I find what I was looking for, found it for less than anywhere else. I even checked online, it was much cheaper in store. Within three days I had my new bed, brand new from the factory, and they even delivered it to my house. The service was great and Jeff the owner couldn't have been nicer. I'm a customer for life.
