My favorite part is the Scalp massage. Well and his accent :) Carlos is a color expert, never do I have to tell him what to do. He picks what looks good with my skin tone and in what's in season. Carlos never disappoints, I always leave with a smile!

I get my hair highlighted and cut by Carlos and always get tons of compliments. Carlos goes to training all over the country and stays up to date on the lastest techniques and trends.....I won't go anywhere else, he is the best!! Nice boutique and very reasonably priced.

I just started going to Total Hair Experience on a friend’s recommendation. What a great experience! Carlos gave me a first time client bag with samples and a retail discount.
