We had our grout cleaned by SUDS. We loved the end result and having our original grout color restored. We moved to Arizona and the windows and screens were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for years.



Daniel from "Suds" came and unscrewed the screens and washed them all in our backyard, and then washed all of the windows and cleaned the sills.



He did an excellent job! I could tell he enjoyed his work, because he aimed to please! A very courteous and conscientious worker. A quality that is not always easy to come by.

As a resident in Washington with a new home in Arizona, I had no idea how to find someone reliable to clean my tile floors and windows. I checked the internet yellow pages and found Suds, and saw that there were 16 reviews! After reading all the glowing reviews, I called the owner, Daniel Law, to schedule an appointment. He took the time to explain how he got into the business (he loves to clean!) and asked me very detailed questions about my house in order to give me an accurate quote over the phone. He was professional and very pleasant. I had a good feeling about him just talking with him over the phone. He promptly sent me an email with the quote and scheduled appointment.



He was very punctual the day of the appointment. We took a tour of the house and he gave me an honest assessment of what I needed for the tile. He did not try to sell me services I did not need. He earned my trust right then and there. He even saved us money!

My husband was thinking of getting the outside of the house painted. Daniel explained that power washing is sometimes all that is needed and boy was he right!



The house looked like it was painted! My windows sparkled and my floors shined! He did a spectacular job on everything! He even inspected the floors and insisted on doing a touchup on a few places. That is how he is, a perfectionist at what he does. His love for cleaning shows in his work. He even cleaned my vents!



Daniel Law loves what he does and he does it well. He is honest and hard working and trustworthy. I will use him again and recommend him highly! The service was excellent and the price was very fair.

Daniel Law is the Owner of SUDS. Isn't that the best title for a professional window and floor/carpet cleaning company? Daniel earned my trust when he took the time to come to my home and looked at my windows and tile floors and gave me a quote on what it would cost to clean both. He was very courteous and even took off his shoes before entering my home. Of course, that's when he found out there was a 'strange and dirty' coating on my tile floors (because he could see this 'grime' on his socks!). I had tried to clean the floor but was not very successful. He explained that his floor cleaning machine has power spray and brushes that would take it all off. And he also explained his process for cleaning the windows including all the corners and the runners below to get all the grit and bugs out. Well, that got him the job. He arrived on time. He completed all the work and I couldn't be more pleased. Now, when I walk on the floor, there is no residue - all areas of tile in my home, all corners, everywhere it's JUST SO CLEAN. And when I drove into my driveway and saw how my windows were shining, it was amazing. I highly recommend any of his services. He likes what he's doing because he created his own company in order to do work that pleases him. In our conversation, he said he actually likes cleaning!! Isn't that someone who you'd like to clean for you?

SUDS has cleaned my carpets, washed my windows, power-sprayed the exterior of my home, and washed my exterior light fixtures. No job has been too small for this company. They also washed my neighbor's windows, and when it rained the next day, came back to re-wash the exterior windows at no additional charge.
