Let me make my summary first; then you can read the rest.
1) the right man of the owner should be one that teaches. 2) hire people that are honest and if they mess up(damage a wall) they should tell their supervisor
4) don't smoke during job.
Explanation
Explanation: loading the truck part was going great until the ownership right hand man came along. Lets just say he needs to take a refresher course in customer service. His negative attitude caused me to take action and request him off my property, The owner called and was trying to smooth things over and I was appreciative. Decided one bad apple should not ruin it for the whole company. Decided to give them another chance, but that didn't last long enough. They put a good size dent in the corner of the wall, they kept saying we didn't take anything big in that area that would cause the problem. They forgot they have moved heavy furniture; coach, movie reclining couch, 3 beds. They forgot the remodel was done the day before and the house had final walk through. Since they were taking too long to take responsibility, my contractor was there and he said it will be repaired.
Also when planter boxes were moved (kinda heavy) few were moved and piled in one small section of a huge backyard. They could have put it I on the Actual patio and not on winter grass.
With bad attitude went from 5, to a 3 at first but the owner and supervisor called to make things right. Back to 5. Then damage to the wall during moving furniture, not taking responsibility, and the person that caused the damage was not honest enough to report the incident. Not being told had a negative taste in my mouth and questioning what rating. Another negative, when workers were taking a break they light up cigs and smell the whole area.
Will not use them next time

Provided by SuperpagesI've never had better movers. I've moved across the country and have done several local moves. Always Professional In Moving went above and beyond what I expected from any moving company I've delt with in the past. Their office staff and men were very personable. The guys were great and made moving fun! Never thought I'd say that. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises in the end. I will deffinately be telling all my friends to get on board with always professional. Overall I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

Vey professional, efficient, careful and great sense of humor made a exhausting day joyful and easy I can't thank them all enough from the first phone call to the office to move day I have nothing but wonderful service thank you superpages for sending me in there direction

Provided by SuperpagesI have moved 4-times in arizona and i have to say that this was my best move yet.I can to super pages to find a mover and after call 3-4 comp i whent with Always Professional in moving inc.Ray was on the phone with me for over an hr to help me with all my moving needs unlike other comp that just give you a price to get off the phone with you.The movers showed up on time and worked all day with a smile never stoped Ben-Sean and Matt are great guys and will always recomend this comp to any person looking for a mover.
