When we first talked to them i said that I wanted a trim so that my hair would have more body. They immediatly cut off too much of my hair, then proceeded to thin it out. If I wanted more body, why would you thin it out? That didn't make sense to me. Then they talked about giving me a perm that would give me a wave, but no curls. We spoke again of my wanting more body but not curl. They said you could do that for me.



They ended up givinng me a perm with so much curl i can't even get a comb through it. On top of that, the perm damaged my hair to the point that it feels and sounds like paper when it's touched. AND it turned orange in huge blotches all over my head. It falls out in clumps by the root, and what doesn't, is breaking by the handful.



Then to make matters worse, they tried to correct it by giving me a temporary color and a conditioning treatment then had the nerve to charge me another $60.00 on top of the $120.00 I had already paid. They admitted they made an error, but you never apoligized, and charged me when they tried to make it right. I should have been given a refund as well as had complimentary corrective processes.



I will never use your products or services again.
