I am so relieved I went here!! I almost went somewhere else, the first place I called had a voice system where I had to leave a message and it was 9am in the morning....why should I leave a message to make an appointment....so next on my list was Apple Ridge and boy am I grateful the first call didn't work out....I was a new patient and they were accepting. Took me that day, told me what time to arrive so that I could fill out paperwork.



When I arrived, the reception was very pleasant. I was told to be there at 2:45, I filled out my paperwork, had intake with the Nurse and saw the Doctor and was back in my car by 3:20pm. That is great timing, I didn't have to wait long for the Nurse or the Doctor.



My Nurse was extremely friendly and efficient. My Doctor - very friendly which you don't usually see in women doctors honestly! She listened to all that I had to say and got me on a regiment to get better and told me things to look out for to determine if I would need a follow up. Turns out they aren't just a general medicine practice they also do OBGYN stuff, so made another appt with my same Doctor - which is awesome - one Doc who can do it all, it doesn't get much better than that.



I would completely recommend their services!! They are quick, efficient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and this is coming from someone who hates doctors and hasn't been in years.....lots of years!
