I get my service done here on the 5 vehicles that my family and I have bought. Wolfchase Toyota and the staff have been awesome every time

My mom purchase a camery and she just loves the car . She comes back and gets her car serviced here faithfully. But what irritates me is they try to take advantage of her everytime. Telling her she needs to get all this other stuff done to her car totalling over a thousand dollars . Then they ask her how she is going to pay for it. She said I cant get all this done. I dont have the money. My complaint is if you have only purchased your car for not even a year yet. Why does she need all these repairs. Are you taking advantage of the elderly with fixed incomes. They put pressure on the customers. . Just IRRITATED. ..

They sold me a used Cadillac that basically fell apart about one month after leaving the lot. I only paid $3K for it (which should have been a signal that it could be a lemon). However, they promised it was in tip-top shape & it had just come in and they were looking to clear space on their lot. I put another $1,500 into repairs within one year. It finally died after 15 months of ownership and close to a final total of $5,000. (purchase + repairs). It's my fault for trusting a used car lot, but I thought a big name place like this one would not sell lemons. They should have never put it up for sale. Fool me once...
