Landau Uniforms

I was very pleased with the service and helpful attitude of the staff person, Kiersten. She ordered my scrubs since the store had limited supply of men's scrubs. No problems--good experience.

As we are forced by our employer to buy our scrubs from Landau, I decided to

go to the Germantown site because it is close to my home. I will NEVER return to this location. The staff is not willing to help you do anything. They told me that they have some scrubs "pre-printed" so I didn't have to wait that was the ONLY positive thing that happened here. I couldn't remember what exact color I needed to purchase so the lady that assisted me gave me royal blue, so I went through the store and found what pants I liked the best in this color only to have them all replaced to navy. why couldn't she have just told me it was navy? That way she didn't have to get an attitude when she had to get the right color???? I am more than capable differentiating colors, all she had to do was give me the correct color when asked. The people that work at this store act like you are a burden to them. They should be more than happy to get up off their stool to help you, considering we are the reason they even have a job!!!! Both times my experience was the same at this site, today I will go downtown. maybe they will be more helpful....

We apologize for your experience at the Germantown store. We have changed not only the store management, but the overall management of all our retail stores. We have made improvements to our customer service, and our selection of merchandise. I hope you will visit us again in the future.

I would not recommend this location. The service was abysmalal, the information I received about the date of my order was drastically incorrect and I felt like I was more in the way then a customer. As I was struggling to get uniforms off the top rack not once was I asked if I needed help. When I asked if there were petites in a uniform the answer was no. It was Only when I asked if it could be ordered that I was informed that indeed it could be ordered. The sad part is I was the ONLY client in the store. Now I know why. I will patronise the Cordova store but will never shop or recommend the Germantown store.
