Ballinger's Shell

I recently got my oil changed here, and they were extremely friendly and very fast! I was also about to go on a trip, so they checked out everything for me. They balanced my tires (because they were making a noise and weren't driving as smoothly as they normally were.) The bill was extremely fair, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need! I love the Germantown Shell!

My experience with Ballinger's Germantown Shell has been nothing short of excellent. My vehicles are taken care of in a professonal and timely manner. In addition to the service, I learn a lot from "ask the mechanic" on FB. I recommend their service to all of my friends and family. Thanks to Jeff and the entire staff for taking great care of us!

I completely disagree. They do quality work, and they have received best gas station in Germantown for 6 years in a row. The people are friendly, they provide full service, and they are loyal to their customers.

I can honestly say I have never had such a horrible experience at a service station before. The employees were rude and possibly just plain lazy. I showed up for my appointment for an oil change and was made late by the little kid behind the register who was more interested in talking baseball with the customer in front of me. Now, since it was two minutes past my appointment, I was turned away. I can't imagine running a business like this or simply treating paying customers in such a way. I will never take my business back to this shell!!!
