Apple Store

Every time I visit the Apple Store in Saddle Creek, there is always a problem. When I went in the other week, I purchased a phone case for my iPhone 6 plus and then returned it and once I returned it, I was told an email would be sent confirming my return and they couldn't give me a paper receipt. Not only did I not receive an email, but I never received my refund. I spoke to Josh Jackson, he insisted that I come back after the holidays. Once I did, he was no where to be found so another member of management aided me to resolve the issue. He was clueless as to what was going on and didn't have a legitimate answer for me other than, " our systems show it was returned" so I pretty much paid for something that I no longer own. The second occasion was tonight, I set an appointment through Apple customer service over the phone, and once I arrived, they claimed that there was no appointment set up under my name. I had a confirmation number, but Joshua David told me that confirmation number would be of no use to him. How convient is that? He was not genuine at all, and could care less about the whole situation, very insensitive. He also noted that he can't take any appointments tonight at 6:30? That's odd, on a Monday? And I had an appointment, so I'm confused. He gave me his card an insisted that I come back in 2 days. This is very inconvient. I am a business woman who has to answer emails all day.The fact that I did my part by scheduling an appointment to avoid this problem completely blows my mind that I still have to deal with my phone issues for 2 more days because someone failed to deliver customer service.

Service stinks! Don't waste your time.
