        The first thing is that the technician Wilmer came to the house late. After arriving, we had water leaks in the house. Two of the three toilets in the house were leaking in the house. The technician Wilmer replaced the flapper and another part on one of the toilets but it didn’t fix the problem. He left without fixing the problem and all three toilets were leaking when he left. He even broke the lever to turn off the water on the one toilet he tried to repair. Consequently, I had to turn the main water line off in the house to stop the water from leaking during the day and night. He charged me an astronomical price for what he did and I had to get another plumber from another company to come out to do the repairs.
