Criswell Nissan

Recently I came in to the Criswell Nissan dealer in Germantown, I was greeted and attended to by a salesperson by the name of Kwame Otchere. Mr. Otchere was very friendly, courteous, he showed that he had very good knowledge of Nissan s and answered all my questions to my pleasing, overall I received excellent attention from Mr. Otchere. I decided to purchase my new Sentra because Mr. Otchere really made me feel comfortable and he knew tons about the car I was inquiring about thus making my decision to buy a Nissan extremely easy.



I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Otchere was a great salesperson, very professional and pleasing to deal with, I will be recommending my friends to go by the dealer and ask for him should I learn that they are searching to buy a new vehicle.

They were extremely friendly and while we waited for all the paperwork to go through they were continuously offering food and drinks and made us feel at home. They were efficient and very knowledgeable as well.

My son and I recently visited Criswell Nissan in Germantown to look for a used car for him who is attending college out of state. This was a very important purchase for us because I would feel more comfortable if he had a car he could rely on since he was going to be somewhat far from home. A good, reliable used car is hard to find these days, especially one that is eligible for an extended warranty to cover any future repairs he may have. We were very impressed with the knowledge of this sales associate and the length of time he spent with us prior to the sale of his car.
