        Established in 1975, Geil Elementary School serves more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. It also features an early childhood center. Its library stocks a variety of storybooks, puzzles, fairy tales, picture dictionaries, and fiction and nonfiction books. Geil Elementary School operates health, guidance and transportation departments. The school s parent-teacher organization sponsors several fundraising programs and recreational activities for parents, teachers and students. It is a part of Gering Public Schools, which operates various elementary, intermediate, junior high and high schools. The school is located in Gering, Neb.

        Overall

        My son was diagnosed and labeled as having ADHD by this elementary public school in Nebraska. They (teachers, students and staff) made fun of him, would place him in the hall during class and have older students sit and do his work for him to pad their scores. Finally, I took him to a Psychologist, who only wanted to medicate him, so I bought him a Black Lab, pulled him out of the school he was in and low and behold he is now thriving as an A student!
