This company is wonderful! They are always so friendly & helpful! The owners son is very reliable and mature, also Jim is such a hardworking & determined buisness owner. I would highly highly recommend this company! Good people good buisness :)

Have had Garbage Pick-up, for one year, by this Co. Service has been GREAT. Even picked-up occasional extra bag, left next to the container. No $35 'start-up-fee', like some other companies.

My husband cancelled business with Jim Doherty Trucking Co. Garbage Pick-up today because they only pick up what you can stuff in your container...not really a big deal...Owner Jim sent his son out to pick up the can this evening while we were having a family dinner... he peeled out of my driveway and left skid marks on the asphalt and then turfed the yard at the end of the driveway! I called the owner Jim to talk to him regarding this and his response was "Oh well...He was probably mad because you cancelled us. I'll talk to him." Really? If it was my son I would be lecturing him on how to be a mature adult and how to fix the problem! Is this how you handle a growing business? I expected more from this company. What if my daughter would have been outside???? We try to support the local business instead of the ones who try and monopolize...this business is very unprofessional and vengeful. I would not recommend switching from your current provider.
