Love Dr Kleinbrill. Have had problems with the past 2 eyeglasses. The progressive lens do not get measured properly when ordering, so when the glasses come in, they adjust the glasses to my nose and ears, it messes up the vision in the lens. I don't think they understand how critical it is to adjust the glasses first, befor measuring the progressive ( or bifocal) placement. Make sure you tell them to so this.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I was not happy with my previous eye doctors office and was referred to Dr. Tanke/New Vision by one of my friends who has been a patient there for many years. This was by far the best eye exam I had ever had! Dr. Tanke really explained what was going on with my eyes in a way that I understood. She was very down-to-earth, approachable and easy to talk to. She patiently answered ALL my questions for me, which I very much appreciated. The staff was also very friendly. It was just a nice experience! Thank you New Vision and Dr. Tanke!
