Poor customer service as well as higher management.

I recently bought a grandfather clock from them. Jerry, the salesperson who assisted me, was very helpful to me. The clock was very reasonably priced. They have an excellent selection. The clock was delivered on time as promised. Nathan, who delivered it, did a very professional job of delivering it and explaining things to me. A few days later, we moved the clock to another room. I then had trouble getting the pendulum to work. I called Nathan and he was very helpful to me in figuring out the problem. He had me send him pictures of the pendulum and he diagnosed the problem quickly and the clock is now working wonderfully. I would definitely use them again and I definitely recommend them. I also bought a cuckoo clock from them a few years ago and am very happy with it too.

We put our grandfather clock in with their layaway program.They have been more than reasonable and fair about with us.The staff is very friendly and helpful.They are in no way harassing or do they make you feel uncomfortable.We finally payed our beautiful Howard Miller Neilson off which was like 600 cheaper than anybody ive seen and i researched extensively.They delivered our clock with no added charges and set our clock up in a very professional way.They even gave us an ornamental mouse per request to go on top of our clock.I cant say enough good things bout the Clock Peddler and staff.We have put a wall clock in layaway also.

Avoid this shop! I took in my Howard Miller grandfather clock here for a very simple repair and this place completely ruined it! The clock was s priceless family heirloom and now is completely nonfunctional. The clerk that was working (the one missing half his teeth) has no idea what he was doing. Keep far away from this establishment or risk a similarly tragic loss.

The best place to buy a clock. Have taken suck good care of me and my clock. It was misplaced by Fed Ex but The clock peddler was on the phone trying to find the clock. They instead brought a clock to my front door in VA. I can't say enough for there kindness and care. No other company would have taken the time or care to help a customer. Thank you Larry for all your help and Sonya for yours as well.

I can't tell you how many times we walked in and out of that store contemplating whether to purchase our first family heirloom or not. Each time we went in, we were greeted warmly with their staff. They took time to answer all of our questions and didn't once pressure us into anything. Last year we decided to purchase the Howard Miller Ambassador edition grandfather clock. We couldn't have been happier with the delivery, setup and the time they took going over with us on how everything worked. Not to mention, I Googled this clock extensively, and Clock Peddler sold it to us over 500.00 cheaper than I could even find on the internet AND delivered it for free as well. We're so happy with our clock and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone considering the purchase of one of these things.
