Dorothy Kodzwa, MD

i.e.I had an appointment with Dr. Kodzwa at Endocrinology Associates in Gastonia today. Upon my arrival I was asked for my new patient paperwork. I informed the lady that no paperwork was received. She asked me to wait & went to check. She came back and advised me that I would have to reschedule. I advised her that this was unacceptable as I have waited over a month for this appointment. She asked me to wait again. Another lady came out and I assume that this was the office manager. Upon looking, it was discovered that the paperwork had been sent to the incorrect address. She then told me I would have to reschedule & that it would be another month before I could see the doctor. Needless to say, this upset me. I explained to her that this appointment was critical to retaining my short term dosability and that I was uncomfortable discussing this in the middle of the waiting room. She refused to take this to a private area to discuss because I was upset.
