Mid Eastern Chrome Stop

Owner is very disrespectful. However, there is one nice guy that works there in the evenings. Otherwise, not the friendliest environment for a black man looking to buy Chrome. I recently purchased $2K worth of merchandise. Included in my purchases were a horn and chrome horn covers at the suggestion of the salesman. After installing both I realized that the horn's sound wasn't correct, it was making a squeaking sound. I thought the horn was defective but soon realized that it was the horn covers, the covers that the salesman suggested I buy. I went in to return the chrome horn covers and was greeted with uninviting attitudes from the cashier and a disrespectful owner. I wanted to return the Chrome covers at least for a store credit, the owner (after taking forever to acknowledge my presence), acted as if I was a nuisance. After telling me I was wasting his time he asked what did I want him to do. I replied that I had no use for the covers that would prevent my horn from working properly. He violently threw the covers I returned in the garbage and aggressively shouted to the cashier "give him his money back". After this experience I will no longer shop at these stores and suggest you order online. This happened at the Manning Location.

Displeased install performance. Drilled a hole thru headliner inside truck which broke a wire causing a fuse to blow losing interior lighting. I repaired. Ground off rivets with sparks hitting windshield. Both windshields need replacing due to pits in glass. Stepped on cowl on both sides with shoes on severely scratching the paint on both sides of cowl. Called shop. Said didn't know if there was anything they could do to rectify problem. Will not use them again.
