Absolutely ridiculous.called for over an hour and could not get ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! It's a shame when you have to direct your call to Electronics n ask if anyone is working in Customer Service and if they are,do they know how to use a phone! Then the CSR pages them to tell them they have a customer call.Really??? What has customer service come to? Coming from a person who has worked retail n understands you don't want to have to bother managers with such petty things because they have so much on their hands already.What is the purpose in having all these CSRs if managers are constantly doing their jobs?

I've been a steady shopper at this Walmart since it opened. The one thing I can't seem to figure out is why you would only have 2 or 3 pay lanes open when there is 25 plus lanes in the store. This is going between 7pm to 9 pm thru the week. It takes me longer to get check out than to shop. Also the carts are wore out!!. They need to be replaced. You can't push half of them, they been over loaded, wheels have flat spots. It will take you a few minutes just trying to find a cart that you can even push. You get aggravated going in the door, and then get aggravated trying to leave because of long lines to check out. That sounds like simple fixes to me. we go in 2 or 3 times a week please help us out.

This isn't exactly about the Walmart- but rather Charity in your SmartStyle- I've been to some of the swankier and more costly salons out of California, Massachusetts, Florida, and North Carolina and while most gave fairly good service- Charity went well beyond that. She's super personable, great, and really had fun with helping me achieve a hair cut I've tried- and failed- to receive elsewhere. If there's any way to give her a bigger shout out- please let me know.

I am a local resident (40 years) and counting. I thought the ideal of a WalMart coming to our community would be a blessing instead I find this WalMart to be the poorest in service I have ever experienced at any WalMart I have ever been. I will continue shopping at WalMart but it will be the Clayton Store, at least there if you need assistance, it is there for you. My last experience is the straw that broke the camels back. My wife and I went to the sporting goods area and it was unmanned, a lady that said she was security said she would get us help and after waiting 20 minutes help never arrived. My wife then went up to the service area and ask for help in the sporting goods area but help never arrived. I would not bother me if the whole store just slid off the side of the hill it is built on.
