Honey-Do Handyman Dallas

I purchased a Living Social deal for Honey-Do. Everything seemed to go well when I called to redeem the certificate and schedule service. We agreed to a date and time, which worked for me. Unfortunately, on the day and time of the scheduled service call no came or called. I called the office, but it went to voicemail. I left a message, but didn't receive a return call. I emailed the office and received a message from the office manager, Erica, who said she was off, but would see what she could find out. After an hour with no response, I emailed her back. She responded and said the service person was held up on another job, but would gladly reschedule. I told her that wasn't an option since I had taken a day off work to be available for the 10am appointment that day. I told her I was willing to wait, but needed to know when he would be there to plan my day around the appointment. No one ever replied. The appointment was yesterday at 10am and I have still NOT heard from anyone at Honey-Do. I have left messages, sent emails and called, all to no avail. I am disappointed that no one called to let me know the service person was running late or wouldn't be showing up at all prior to me reaching out to them. Additionally, I would be concerned with ANY business that does not have a person answering the phone and does not return calls or emails. I WOULD NOT recommend this company or their services to anyone. Although, I obviously can't speak for their work, the customer service is VERY POOR. AWFUL experience and a missed day of work for nothing. If I could have given NO STARS, I would have.
