Essie Nail & Spa

I had been having bad experiences with other nail shops, then I found Essie's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year now, going every 2weeks. I was so impressed at the service offered that I told everyone I knew. It seems lately that since business has picked up in this newly established salon, they are getting very rude, rushing through your services ending in sloppy results. I get the same thing ever 2 weeks yet the price is different with each visit. The explanation is "they didn't charge for the shape last time" The owner Tina acts like she doesn't want to do your nails...very rude and unprofessional. The salon is very nice, clean, but it is a "hit or miss". I recommend you have a backup salon once the service turns bad. I give Essie nails & spa 1 thumb down

I have been coming here regularly for mani/pedis for more than 1 year now, and I always enjoy my experience. Everything is always sanitary and the service is exceptional.



Sometimes the salon gets busy, especially on weekend afternoons. Always call ahead to book an appointment! They take walk ins but you are guaranteed someone if you call.

I arrived at 6:20 and there were 5 people waiting. The salon only had 1 person doing nails ?! and 2 handling pedicures. You would think they would have more staff at that time because people come in after work. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and finally walked out. there were still 2 people in front of me. I was kindly offered beverages while I waited though. Seemed like a friendly place just really understaffed.

I just left the salon. And I will be going back. I was so pleased with the service. I love the way my nails so much that I took a picture and sent it to my friend.
