Alternative Management Group

I never write reviews, but I need to let prospective clients know how Rude and unprofessional this company is. The phones are never answered and if you do get ahold of someone its always the same that they will have the person in charge of that property call you back!!! Ive left a message every single day for past 2 weeks straight for Mary and yet to receive a Call back.....the property is horrible no lights in parking lot or it appears theyve been broken out , no on site security my car has been broken into 2 times in past 6 months. Their is dog feces in grassy area . Also residents are allowed to have patio furniture out in grassy area beer cans and cig butts all over. The property has one pool and hot tub doesnt and hasnt worked in the past 4 years ive lived here. It also appears that Dr Feelgood lives up towards front of comdos according to the all nite traffic....the fees paid towards HOA are obviously misappropriated and or lining something other than the properties. Just a sham this mgmt company!!!!! can only imagine what is discussed at the yearly meetings

Truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had dealing with this group. If there are any questions on how horrible of a job this group does at management of properties drive by, or Google earth 7152 Fair oaks Ave dallas TX 75231. Trash all over parking lot, sewage coming out of cleanouts, buildings near the exit destroyed from rain water not properly drained

those anonymous reviews are so funny ! Alternative mgmt is an awful company to deal with. The property managers I have had to deal with are incompetent. They leave and return to the BBB site, so they can keep wiping their history clean. I do not recommend them, unless you don't like your propterty.

I have been a HOA board member for several years and have never taken time to write a review about a company but this one has exceeded all my expectations. I have been involved with Alternative a Management Group, inc and cannot say enough about its staff and how contientious they are in taking care of our HOA.

This company actually has a person answering their phones, not an automated answering service. Their financial reports are extremely detailed and their managers are on site on a regular basis. I highly recommend this management company for any homeowners association. They know what they are doing. Thanks AMGI

Awsome Management Company!!!!!

This company, I believe, is a total sham! They never return their calls,their voicemail boxes are always full,and their "Maintennance Emergency" operator hangs up on people after being rude.We were not contacted for a whole week when our condominium flooded.The owner of the condo next door did not have insurance,so they did not go into the property next door to stop the flooding.They are a Management Company,this is the type of work they are supposed to do.They do not mail out Proxies when planning a Homeowners Meetings.Just notices for arbitrary voting.I do not suggest doing ANY business with them.
