When my mother in law passed away recently, they didn't even call my husband. His cousin was called who lives in the Bessemer area and we live in Kimberly. He could have possibly seen her before she actually passed away. This facility only worries about securing your money. Unless you want conflict and heartache, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUTTING MY LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!!!!!
