Baptist Health Center- Gardendale

I would not use these people. They are so rude. Specifically the receptionists. There is one in particular whose name i cannot remember or i would include it in my review. She a small, skinny, and young woman with dark straight hair. She is the rudest person i have ever encountered in a service setting. I have heard the way she talks to other patients and she is never "wrong". She never accepts responsibility for anything and she blames whatever problem a patient has on them. Also they dont know how to file claims correctly.

Don't go here!!! There hours, according to their voice mail, are Monday through Thursday 7:30-11:30 and 1:00-4:00 and Friday 7:30-11:30 on Friday. The phones are never on until closer to 8:00 and they cut them off early all the time. The nurses never return phone calls, my husband and I have called about 6 times in 3 weeks to try to get his medication error on their part fixed so he can get his medicine and so the insurance will pay for it! It was written wrong. Dr. Gray for the most part is nice, she is quick and to the point and gets you in and out, I prefer a doctor to spend more time with me not just pushing me through the door. You can also never ever get a return call back from her. We have left messages for her with the front desk. If they ever get my husbands medicine straight he plans on changing. Try Dr. Melissa Toner in Gardendale or Dr. Doug Alford or Dr. Kelli Grinder in Fultondale, they are all FABULOUS!
