I am truly impressed with this place. My mother had taken her vehicle to another shop because of a leak it was having, where she was told she needed a new axel & transmission; you can imagine the pretty penny that was going to cost us. I called a few places to get quotes, when my coworker told me about the service here. James was great since the min he answered the phone- not pushy and genuinely cared. He gave me a quote, but suggested to take the vehicle in for a second option- which I am sooo glad I did. Turns out the car didn't need a new transmission, the axel just needed to be repaired. Which saved us a lot of money!!! Instead of repairing the axel, he ended up putting a brand new one - and didn't charge more than the original pricing! It's been a couple weeks now & the car runs perfect. Thanks again James

Friend recommended Trans 1 after I noticed gear slippage in reverse and never even had a service in 65K miles on 1999 Toyota Avalon. Fearing for the worst in time, money, and peace of mind, I made an appointment. It was done on time and a simple service was all that was required. No additional upsell or phantom issues presented. One happy camper here! James was delightful to deal with even thought they were extremely busy. Only issue I had was no waiting area except the parking lot next to a very busy intersection with exhaust fumes to brighten the day... Still High Recommend!

I came in and met with James and he helped me out. He was honest and genuine with what was going on with my car. He told me that my trans fluid was a brown, so they did the service on it. I thought I was in major trouble but it wasn't as bad as I thougt. It was cheaper than what dealerships and other companies cost. I'm glad I found this place and will come back when I'm in need of help with my car.

Legit service and repair. My transmission kept slipping. I got it repaired here awhile back and it's still running smoother than ever.

T-1 Transmissions is a good place to get your transmission looked at or repair. They test drive my car to get an idea on what they were working with. they also have reasonable prices.

Tran fluid was brown 1998 Camry. 0ver 250000 miles. was worried that my mother had damaged the Tranny. I remembered my dad took his Cadillac SUV here a year ago. They were right to the point. Got an inspect and all that was needed was a service.Cost half of what crappy PepBoys was talking.

So impressed by their work, honesty, and professionalism!! James the Manager did a great job of analyzing my problem which saved me a lot of money. This was truly a great experience and I would highly recommend utilizing their services!

Trans 1 did a great job with my car! They gave me fast, effective and personable service! They know there stuff and will get your car back up to speed in no time! Get there early if you need your car back the same day otherwise you might need to wait a little longer. Overall I was extremely satisfied and will be taking my car back when it needs service again!

Took my truck In because I had a question about the linkage and talked to James he took my truck right in to his shop saved the linkage cable and charged less than I expected to pay cause he was able to save the linkage cable, awesome
James seems very knowledgeable in his business and is a stand up guy, highly recommend for all transmission problems.

This place is awesome!!!! I have 08 honda pilot and James did an amazing job fixing my transmission. The cost was cheap and they rebuilt my tranny in 2 day....WOW. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Best person to ever bring a car with transmission issues to brought my nightmare from a Mickey Mouse mechanic that I payed to rebuild my transmission on my 1986 Nissan truck they fixed all the issues that the other mechanic left carelessly and did it correct best place I would rate it an A plus all day and Jason best sales person ever best place for any car

I'm so happy with this place. First can't thank James enough for just being helpful. He explained everything to me perfectly. I did not feel like I was getting hassled. Yeah my price was high but that's because it's business. He still manage to quote me a good price. I have not got my car service but as soon as I get the money I will take my car in to be repaired

I'm very happy I found this place. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in not knowing what was going on with my car, and after waiting for a bit, I was told everything I needed to know, and was explained in a way I could understand ( I'm not much of a car person). Definitely coming back of I ever need my car serviced.

Honest, fairly priced, and they do good work. Took our Subaru in after finding a transmission leak when we picked up our car from the port following shipment. They got us in even though they were closing in an hour. He showed us where the trans was leaking, gave a quote, and completed the pan gasket, filter and fluid change in under 45 mins. We tested it out with 4000 miles of cross country driving over the last two weeks, smooth shifting and no leaks. Excellent work! Thanks James for your friendly service even in a bind.
