The Drain Guys Plumbing and Rooter

Unclogged my drain using a snake. Showed up promptly, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them again.

Our home insurance provider arranged for this Los Angeles plumbing contractor to resolve a simple drain clog in our bathroom sink. We advised the plumber that previous repairs were resolved by snaking but with a bit of care to break up the clog. Well after several attempts we advised he couldn't repair as such and recommended several options including a power flush, re-piping, or at the least cut the pipe where he thought the clog was and replace that section only with PVC. He left stating 'he'd return after finishing some other jobs' but we never heard back. That is until we received an invoice from our home warranty for the $65 service fee when they never provided any service except to recommend another fix, left the place in a mess and frustration to top things off. We contacted another local plumber, Schneider Plumbing. Gary was incredible - clean, courteous, prompt and fixed the drain within 12 minutes - with a SNAKE, the same exact method we recommended to the Drain Guys.
