Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air

Was told I needed a $7000 liner and it still didn't correct the problem. Tried to sell me a yearly maintenance service. I'm not giving them another penny of my money.

Power Pros sent Jason to fix my clogged sink on a Sunday night. He was very professional and pleasant. He fix the problem. We even fed him a bowl of home made chile. Power Pro are the folks that you should call for your plumbing problems.

charged $4300 for the installation of about 10 feet of sewage PVC. Never again...

Power Pro Plumbing (License # 766254): Unfortunately, we relied on Yellow Pages reviews to discover that Power Pro Plumbing did not live up to the hype of the reviews or name. Be cautious, if you have a water emergency or water damage that needs immediate attention. 28 hours after our initial call, our issue was resolved.

Power Pro Plumbing has a capacity issue causing long delays and poor customer experience. In addition, they demonstrated a pattern of focusing on additional scope of work before the initial work was resolved. It was hard not to get the sense that we were being “played” with our final costs 4x’s the initial quote and additional work recommended 15x’s the original price.

The technicians were professional, polite but more focused on booking the next job. The main office’s lack of accountability and poor customer service was disappointing. We had three technicians come out with each recommending more work than the last.

Our main line backed up, water overflowing from our toilet and bath tub into our bedroom. Power Pro Plumbing quoted us a wait time of 1 hour 30 minutes. It was 5 hours and 30 minutes before a technician came. The technician was professional and helpful but was unable to resolve the issue because it was late in the day. Keep in mind if we had not waited so long our issue may have been resolved. My family was left with without water access and few options for another plumber to come out.

Feeling up against the wall with few options we scheduled the additional work assessed (4x’s the original call price) to resolve the issue. The technician showed up the next day within the three hour time period quoted by the company operator to tell us in person that it would be another 4 hours before a third technician would come out to conduct the work. They focused more time quoting additional work (15x’s the original price) before they completed the work we waited 28 hours to be conducted.

Again, if you have a water emergency this is NOT the company for you. They are overpriced and make you wait long periods of time with no results and have zero accountability. This is the last time we rely on the Yellow Pages and Power Pros Plumbing. It’s my hope that this review will help someone else avoid the negative experience my family has gone through.

We had a leak under the tub. After a short period of time leak was fixed, they even cleaned up afterwards and helped us take the towels and rugs out we used to mop to contain the leak! Yeay

Overall satisfied with the work I got; had them over and they were relatively efficient and got the job done. Nothing earth-shattering, but will get the job done.

My downstairs bathroom toilet and sink backed up while nobody was home. I called this listing and had a very helpful and courteous phone operator send someone out to inspect it. Inspector ran about 20 minutes later than specified, but I was very grateful that they called me instantly to give me a heads up.



Joseph was very kind and helpful, though he found lots of tree roots while running the roto-rooter through the system in the house, and outside, which falls on our landlord for the townhouse we are renting.



He also cleared two sinks for us and they have never drained (and smelled) better since we moved in in January! Cleaned everything well after he was finished, too.



Though plumber visits are pricier than anyone would want, I absolutely recommend this company to clean up for you and your family.

I had a pinhole leak in my copper..these guys came in and were out in 30 minutes and did a great job! Two plumbers wore booties and were very respectful. I highly recommend them!

My best friend in Santa Monica referred me to Power Pro Plumbing and she said to request their technician Jorge G. Im extremely pleased with the experience. Initially, I hesitated to call them by a few negative reviews I read about them ripping u off. My friend assured me they are wrong! She was right! I had a sewer problem and Jorge G came out. He's very professional and knows what he's doing. He said what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me the price (he even gave me a discount!). I was happy with work that he and his helper did. He's awesome! I will continue to request him for my future plumbing needs! Thanks Jorge G!

I have used Power Pro several times and have been pleased with there prices and service.

We had a major plumbing problem with the sewage line from our home to the street. Power Pro was a lifesaver. The technicians were professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Fixing the problem involved a permit from the city, video footage of the damaged sewage pipe, and coordination with the city. All of this was handled by Power Pro's technicians in a most timely and professional manner. I would certainly recommend their services to a friend, whether the job was large or small.

The entire company from the people who set up the appointment to the technician and his helpers who did the work did an amazing job. Thank God for Power Pro Plumbing.They answer the phone 24/7, get a professional right out there to check the job, suggest the most cost effective way to proceed, are the most reasonably priced, and get you out of the mess you are in in no time. Then they follow up to see if you are satisfied and ask if you have any suggestions on how they can improve client satisfaction. And Stephanie is the bomb!!! She is really on top of her game coordinating and dispatching the calls in a timely manner. I feel like she is my best friend. I even have her on my automated redial. I don't know what I would do without them. Don't even hesitate. Use Power Pro Plumbing the next time you want a dependanble, reliable, and honest plumbing company. They get the job done..
