This office is a JOKE!!! Diana and Hector must got a thing going, because they both work well toghter in getting nothing done. Also if Hector don't want to talk he has his rooster (Diana, who answer the phone) to answer and then puts you on hold only to transfer you to a different office.
DON'T BE FOOLED, BY FREEWAY INSURANCE. THEY'RE NICE WHEN THEY TAKING OR TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT WHEN IT COMES TO ANYTHING ELSE.
