Quality Inn & Suites Absecon-Atlantic City North

My husband and I stayed there on New Years Eve 2010. On our way down we called for directions. The desk clerk gave us the wrong directions not once but three times. He was rude and very unprofessional. Our room was so dirty and smell horrible, We asked for another room. He gave it to us but was reluctant to do so. The blow dryer didn't work and either did the iron. when I called down for a new one he said he would bring it right up. 20 mins later I had to go get it myself. The three nice girls in the room next to us also encountered this rude behavior. When asked what time the shuttle comes for AC his response was " I don't know" . Will I ever stay here again? Oh, hell no.

I Stayed At The Hotel Over The New Year Weekend. The Couple In The Romm Next To Us Had Two Dogs That Barked All Night. The Step Leading Into The Hotel Very Slippery I Almost Fell. This Hotel Does Not Offer Carts So That You Can Load Your Bags On Them... So... We Had To Carry Our Bags Up A Set Of Slippery Steps And Thru The Hall Ways.



But Yet.. We Were Charged Twice For Our Room. Yes We Were Charged Twice and Then Over Charged. My Husband Reserved The Room With His Card And We Had Gottten There, We Were Asked For The Card Again, Inwich I Decided To Pay So I Gave Them My Card Inwich We Were Charged Again. I Have Called Customer Service And Complained. They Are Very Unhelpful. I Would Advise Not To Stay At This Hotel.
