These jacklegs have been to my house around 10 times to fix various plumbing issues, including a foul odor coming into the house from the sewer system, and it's still not fixed. And because they don't know what they're doing and can't figure out the problem, they want to blame the odor on our dogs. Anyone with common sense knows the difference in a sewer odor and a dog odor. They have been no-shows 3 times in one week without bothering to call. I'm not a plumber, but I know shabby work when I see it, and "professional" is definitely NOT a word I would use to describe the work they do. They will also leave a mess and not clean up behind themselves, and if they do clean up, they'll grab a towel off your towel rack and use it to clean up nasty water on the floor. We've had to throw away several towels they did that to. I would most certainly NOT recommend them. We're finally going to hire another plumbing service to complete the work and properly fix all the stuff they've made a mess of.
